Our Philosophy
ThriveMom is all about equipping women to navigate the challenges they are facing through community, proven value-based empowerment tools and professional coaching that are developed to integrate into the multifaceted lives that ThriveMom’s lead.
One of the opportunities we as women face today is being encouraged to Thrive in all areas of our lives but with little consideration for how those very different parts of our lives integrate with one another. This can lead to emotional fatigue, loss of confidence in decision making, and incredibly heavy mental loads and ultimately holds us back from developing and living that ThriveMom life.
What sets us apart at ThriveMom is that we integrate everything we do into the 3 pillars of our lives. We understand that passion often collides with family, and that family is often on our minds as we make decisions at work, and that our decisions at work will likely impact both our families and pursuit of our passions. Wow, that's daunting… But we have proven program that supports women in their pursuit of thriving and living their best lives.
Passion
Pursuing things that fill our bucket, bring us joy, spark creativity, and support our well-being—often, as women, these are the very activities that also make the world a better place.
FAMILY
Committed to raising our kids at “the new bar”, maintaining a healthy marriage/relationship and often carrying the majority of the household management load.
WORK
As working women, we are making a powerful and unprecedented impact in the workplace — whether it's starting and running businesses, climbing the corporate ladder, or making meaningful contributions in the roles we've chosen.

“A real mom: emotional, yet the rock. Tired, but keeps going. Worried, but full of hope. Impatient, yet patient. Overwhelmed, but never quits. Amazing, even thought doubted. Wonderful, even in the chaos. Life changer, every single day.”
